Gino Franco Caletti was born in Gallarate in 1961. After graduating in Medicine and Surgery, he moves away from the traditionally understood concept of "cure", based on drug therapy, becoming over time a recognized expert in natural medicine. For over twenty-five years he has been researching methods of clinical application of human biochemistry and spreading the innovative concept of an anti-inflammatory diet, which sees nutrition as a means of preventing and treating diseases, as it is capable of eliminating their metabolic causes. He recently defined the Ketozona diet, a customizable diet resulting from his experience and became the founder and scientific director of Ketozona International Srl precisely to obtain necessary work tools that do not exist on the market for quality or type. The desire to spread his knowledge on the importance of proper nutrition led him to the project of this book.
Manuela Gazzardi was born in Legnano in 1982. After graduating from high school and approaching the world of work, as an employee in the advertising and marketing sector, she later became an entrepreneur in a wellness center. It is thanks to this activity that he was able to experience the collaboration with Doctor Caletti (already his doctor for some time and now a partner in the activity of Ketozona International Srl). His passion for writing and sharing ideas has allowed him to translate and make specialist medical concepts accessible to a wide public, until the complete realization of this book.
